LevelPay Details Your monthly amount on the LevelPay Program is determined by multiplying the average monthly use by the current rate schedule, including the customer service charge, and rounding off to the next even dollar. You'll know ahead of time exactly what your electric bill will be every month. We track your actual electric usage, and any over- or underpayment will determine the next year's monthly payment. For example, if your actual electric usage was less than the total of your payments, you could either reduce your monthly payments in the following year or be issued a refund. If your actual electric usage for the year was more, your level payments for the next year would be increased to make up the difference. Your payments are monitored throughout the year and may be adjusted periodically to avoid large overpayments or underpayments at the end of the plan year. The annual plan year is from May to April at which time any overpayments, underpayments, or any changes in your electrical usage are calculated into the equalized payment amount for the following year. The signup period for LevelPay is during March and April. If your power is disconnected, any overpayments will be refunded or transferred to your new location.
