NetPay® – Online Billing & Payment

NetPay® is a great way to receive and pay your bill online. It combines the ease and convenience of the Internet with the security and reliability of Chugach and its payment partner, BillMatrix.

We'll send you an e-mail notice when your current monthly bill is ready for review and eliminate the copy being mailed to you. (Reduce paper!) All you need to access your bill is your account number AND a personal identification number (PIN), or you can use the last four digits of the member's social security number. If you want to set up a special PIN, contact the Customer Service Department at 563-7366.

You will see a bill summary for all your Chugach accounts. Bill details and past billing information are also available for review.

And best of all, with NetPay®, you can choose your payment option:

1. Online – You will be directed to our vendor, BillMatrix, to make your payment.
2. AutoPay – Automatic payment from your checking account. You can still review your bill, but no need to worry about a due date.
3. Prepay – Make one payment based on your estimated annual bill and save $25. You can review your bill monthly to see charges and your current balance.
4. By Mail – Print a copy of your bill and mail in the top portion with your payment.

Why not give NetPay® a try. If you haven't designated your own 4-digit PIN, your account may be set up with the last 4 digits of the member's social security number.
