NetPay® Requirements
Browser Requirements
NetPay® is best viewed using Netscape Communicator® version 4.7 or higher,
or Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 4.0 or higher.
Your browser must support 128-bit encryption and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If
your browser does not meet these requirements, use one of the following links to
upgrade it or to download a high-security browser.

Cookies
NetPay® requires the use of "HTTP cookies" - pieces of information that we ask
your browser to store and remember.
We make very limited use of these cookies. We don't use them to pull data
from your hard drive or learn your e-mail address. And we have access only to
the information stored in our cookies; we can't view data in cookies created by
other websites. These "session" cookies are strictly temporary and are deleted
when you shut down your browser or log off, or after your computer is inactive
for an extended period.
If you need to reset your browser to accept cookies, check your browser's
operating instructions or Help directory — or follow the steps below.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer® 4.0:
- Click "View" in your browser's menu bar; then choose "Internet Options"
from the dropdown menu.
- On the "Internet Options" screen, click the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down to "Security, Cookies."
- Select either "Prompt before accepting cookies" or "Always accept cookies."
- Click the "OK" button.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher:
- Click "Internet Options" on the "Tools" menu.
- Click the "Security" tab, then the "Internet" icon, and then "Custom Level." Click "Enable"
or "Prompt" under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer."
- Click "OK" until you return to Internet Explorer.
For Netscape® browsers:
- Click "Edit" in your browser's menu bar, then choose "Preferences"
from the dropdown menu.
- On the "Preferences" screen, click "Advanced" in the left column.
- Select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent
back to the originating server."
- Click the "OK" button.

JavaScript
JavaScriptTM is a programming
language that lets you take full advantage of our website's functionality.
If you have difficulty accessing certain features, you may need to enable
JavaScript on your browser. To enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet
Explorer® and Netscape® browsers, see your operating system's user manual
or on-screen Help directory — or follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer 4.0:
- Click on "View" in your browser's menubar, then choose "Internet
Options" from the drop-down menu.
- On the "Internet Options" screen, click on the "Security" tab.
- Select "Internet Zone" in the "Zone" box, then select "Custom" and
click on the "Settings" button.
- Scroll down to "Scripting," then to "Active Scripting."
- Make sure the "Enable" check box is selected.
- Click on the "OK" button.
Internet Explorer 5.0:
- Click on "Tools" in your browser's menubar, then choose "Internet Options"
from the drop-down menu.
- On the "Internet Options" screen, click on the "Security" tab.
- Select "Internet Zone" in the "Zone" box, then select "Custom" and
click on the "Settings" button.
- Scroll down to "Scripting," then to "Active Scripting."
- Make sure the "Enable" check box is selected.
- Click on the "OK" button.
Netscape Browsers:
- Click on "Edit" in your browser's menu bar; then choose "Preferences"
from the drop-down menu.
- On the "Preferences" screen, click on "Advanced" in the left column.
- Make sure the "Enable JavaScript" check box is selected.
- Click on the "OK" button.

Screen Resolution
You'll get the most from our website if you set your screen
resolution to 800 x 600 pixels or higher. (With a lower setting, you
may not see everything on a page.) For assistance checking or modifying
your screen resolution, see your operating system's user manual or
on-screen Help directory — or follow the instructions below.
For Windows®:
- Minimize your browser.
- Right click on your Windows desktop and select "Properties"
from the drop-down menu.
- Select the "Settings" tab from the top of the Display Properties
pop-up menu.
- Check the display resolution indicated by the "Display Area" or
"Desktop Area" slider.
- If necessary, adjust the resolution by dragging the slider to
800 x 600 pixels.
For Macintosh®:
- Open the apple drop-down menu.
- Select "Control Panels" and open "Monitors & Sound."
- Check the display resolution setting highlighted in the
"Resolution" box.
- If necessary, adjust the resolution by clicking on the new
setting.
