PrePay Details

Save $25 – prepay your estimated annual bill and get a $25 credit on your electric service for a future 12-month period. We will calculate your prepayment amount by multiplying your average monthly bill by twelve and notify you of the amount. The $25 discount is subtracted when payment is received. Any outstanding balance on the account must be paid prior to or with the prepayment.

You will continue to get a statement showing your actual charges. Each month, service charges are credited against the prepayment amount.

The actual period covered by your prepayment will vary based on your usage:

• If the actual usage is more than projected, a shorter prepayment period will result;
• If the actual usage is less than projected, a longer prepayment period will result.

When the credit is reduced to zero, monthly billing for service will begin. If service is terminated, any unused credit on the account will be refunded to you.
