Summary Billing Details The Summary Billing program allows consumers with two or more meters on their account to receive one bill and make one payment each month. Your monthly statement will show a summary of those meters and combine the charges into one amount due. You will continue to receive service detail for each location but will have only one statement that includes total charges. No matter how many sub-accounts* you have, for each account you can choose which meters (locations) you want to consolidate into one billing. Meter reading dates for each location will remain the same at each location, but we'll hold your early readings until the latest bill date in the month. For even more convenience in management, you can choose to organize your accounts into groups that are useful for you and assign a name to each group. For example, you could group by location or have groups that correspond with your accounting system. Your summary billing will be activated at the beginning of the month after your completed request is received. Your meters will be read on the regular schedule and the bill will be sent on the date of your latest usual monthly billing for your member account. If you have selected groups for your sub-accounts, the summary billing will be sent on the date of the latest usual billing for that group. You may find that Summary Billing fits your needs perfectly
