We Need Your Help to Make Wind Power A Reality

Chugach is investigating the feasibility of providing clean, wind-generated electricity to customers in Southcentral Alaska.

Help the Environment: Wind is a clean, renewable energy source. Wind power is easier on the environment than many other fuel sources as it does not generate emmissions or waste products.

Lead The Way with Your Business: Investing in renewable resources such as wind power is a quantifiable way your business can demonstrate its commitment to the environment – and the community's future. Lead the way by signing up for enough wind energy to power your building or one piece of equipment. Or if you wish, you can simply sign up in affordable 500-kilowatt-hour blocks.

Choose Your Usage: You can buy "wind power" for all or part of your electricity. Although it costs a little more to produce, wind power will be sold in small, 500-kilowatt-hour blocks (about 1/7th the average monthly business usage). Each block will cost about $10 more per month.

Are you interested? Let us know today: The availabilty of wind power is greatly contingent on customer interest. If you're interested in wind power for your business, we need to hear from you now. Please take a moment to fill out and submit the form below. You may also call (907) 762-4123.
