Strategic Planning Assessment - can Chugach go it alone after 2014?
Review of applicable notice provisions within wholesale contracts
Reference case - shows the impact of losing the wholesale customers with
no mitigation.
Contraction case - one approach to mitigating the loss of the wholesale customers "totally
within Chugach's control"...a "retail only" vertically integrated utility by 2014.
Open discussion; can we do it given our investment in G&T plant and organizational
structure? What are the alternatives if we think this carries too much risk.
