On August 16, 2006, the Board of Directors approved a resolution establishing the Renewable Energy Committee. This Committee shall be composed of seven individuals who are members of the Association as provided in Article XV of the Chugach Bylaws. Members of the Board of Directors may be ex-officio members of the Committee. Members of the Committee shall have an interest or knowledge of renewable energy.
