Two directors will be elected to the Chugach board in the upcoming
2007 election. Chugach members interested in meeting with and being
considered by the Nominating Committee as a director candidate can call
762-4736 for an application. Applications are also available on Chugach's
web site at
www.chugachelectric.com. Applications and resumes for the Nominating
Committee's review must be received by
5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2007.
Members may also petition to have their names on the ballot. Call 762-4736
to obtain a petition packet. The deadline to submit a petition is 5 p.m.,

The ballot may also contain proposed changes to Chugach's bylaws. Members
have until 5 p.m., Friday, Jan. 5, 2007 to submit proposed changes to the
Bylaws Committee, c/o Chugach General Counsel, P.O. Box 196300, Anchorage,
