Three directors will be elected to the Chugach board in the upcoming
2008 election. Applications and resumes for the Nominating Committee's
review must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2008.
Members may also petition to have their names on the ballot. The petition
deadline is 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 22, 2008.
Chugach members who are interested in either meeting with and being
considered by the Nominating Committee or running by petition as a director
candidate should call 762-4736 to obtain candidate packets or for more
information.
The ballot may also contain proposed changes to Chugach's bylaws. Members
have until 5 p.m., Friday, Jan. 4, 2008 to submit proposed
changes to the Bylaws Committee, c/o Chugach General Counsel, P.O. Box 196300, Anchorage,
