Southern Intertie update

Chugach expects to have a draft of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Southern Intertie by the end of September. Once the EIS is received, the public will have an opportunity to review the document at public hearings tentatively scheduled for Nov. 7 in Soldotna and Nov. 8 in Anchorage.
