Board report
The Chugach Board took the following actions at the August and
September meetings:
- Approved the {123669 Co} Finance Committee's recommendation
for the business plan and capital construction criteria, as well
as a recommendation that the Finance Committee serve as the Audit
Committee.
- Adopted a resolution allocating $9,679,778 in retail and wholesale
capital credits for 2000
- Authorized extending the general manager's contract through Oct. 24, 2002
- Approved directors' expenses
- Heard a report on finances through July
