• Chugach's LevelPay program
  If you are on Chugach's LevelPay program, it is a good idea to check the balance on your bill. Customers who see an amount owing in the "current LevelPay plan balance due" field are going into winter without having built up a credit balance. Contact our customer service office at 563-7366 if you would like to make an extra payment or change your LevelPay amount.

• In August Chugach mailed capital credits allocation statements to members of record from 2000. Retail consumers shared nearly $7.9 million in margins while wholesale customers were allocated more than $1.8 million.



• Chugach recently revamped its home page. The site provides easy access to a number of customer service transactions which now include the ability to request connects and disconnects online.



• Your member number is worth $50 if you spot it in the Outlet. Each month member numbers are inserted into the copy. These numbers are in brackets like this { } along with the first two letters of the member's name. If you find a number like this that matches the member number printed on your bill, call our service center at 563-7366 to claim your prize. You may win for the current or previous month's issue.
