Smart Power is a program that promotes energy efficiency for Chugach members. The program is a collaborative effort to educate and assist in implementation of energy efficiency and conservation for Chugach members and all Alaskans. Current Smart Power partners are Anchorage Municipal Light & Power (AML&P) and Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) with assistance from the Alaska Power Association (APA).
