Jim Nordlund is Alaska state director of USDA Rural Development, as well as the owner of Nordlund Carpentry, LLC. He was elected to the board in 2006 and re-elected in 2009. Nordlund is a former legislator and state Director of Public Assistance. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and serves on the board's Audit, Finance, and Operations committees. He is a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Credentialed Cooperative Director.

Janet Reiser is the managing partner of Salus Management Services and managing member of Jet Enviro De-Icing, LLC. She was elected to the board in 2008. She serves as chair of the board's Operations Committee, and is the board liaison to the Renewable Energy Committee and the Southcentral Power Project. She is a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Credentialed Cooperative Director and has earned her Board Leadership Certificate. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering.

Susan Reeves is the managing member of Reeves Amodio LLC, where she practices law. She has been active on Alaska non-profit boards and commissions for many years. Susan was elected to the board in 2010. She is serving as Treasurer and as Finance Committee Chair and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Pat Kennedy is a retired attorney who is state-licensed as a private guardian and conservator. She was elected to the board in 2009. Kennedy currently serves on the board's Audit, Finance, and Operations committees, and is the board liaison to Chugach's Election Committee. She is a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Credentialed Cooperative Director and has completed board leadership training.

P.J. Hill is a retired professor from the School of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is also an economic consultant and a commercial fisherman. He was elected to the board in 2007 and re-elected in 2010. Hill chairs the board's Audit Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. He is a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Credentialed Cooperative Director.

Rebecca Logan is president and chief executive officer for the Associated Builders and Contractors, Alaska Chapter. She was appointed to fill a board vacancy in 2007 and elected to the board in 2008. Logan serves on the board's Audit and Operations committees.  She serves on the NWPPA Board of Trustees, is Chugach’s representative for the APA Resolutions Committee, and is chair of the Joint Utility Task Force.

Elizabeth Vazquez is a supervising Hearing Examiner (Administrative Law Judge) with the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services and has a Master's of Business Administration. She was elected to the board in 2005 and re-elected in 2008. Vazquez serves on the board's Operations and Finance committees and is the board liaison to Chugach's Bylaws Committee. Vazquez is a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Credentialed Cooperative Director and has earned her Board Leadership Certificate.
