Chugach has a new payment processing system, provided by Invoice Cloud. The new system allows members to setup automatic payments, provides up-to-date billing and account balance information, uses new payment methods, such as Apple Pay and Pay Pal, while also securely storing member payment information. Communications were sent to members to inform them of the new payment system and this change took place on March 30, 2023 and was effective with any bill that was due in April 2023.

By now, all members who use online payments should have setup their financial information and payment preferences in the new system to ensure your payments were not interrupted. The new payment processor is accessible through the My Account member portal. If you do not have My Account member portal access, you can register by following the steps on the login page. Be sure to have your Chugach Electric member account number and email address ready. Then login and click on view or pay bill and follow the prompts.
