My Account

My Account is an easy-to-use online portal and mobile app for Chugach members. You can review your monthly, hourly and 15-minute usage, and track billing and payment history. You can also sign up for outage and usage notifications, as well as explore additional member tools within the portal and mobile app.

Select your usage threshold and select if you’d like to be notified via email or text (SMS).
