Chugach offers this program to help member-owners of rental property manage the smooth transition of electric service and billing from the time one tenant moves out until a new tenant moves in, by continuing the electric service and billing in the member-owner's name. In addition, the program provides the member-owner with notice of tenant delinquency in advance of termination of billing. In the event of termination, member-owner's property is protected as the electric service will remain connected.
