Welcome to My Account
My Account is an easy-to-use online portal and mobile app for Chugach members. Once registered for My Account, you can pay your bills, sign up for automatic payments, review your usage and track billing and payment history. You can also sign up for outage and usage notifications, as wells as explore additional members tools within the portal and mobile app.
My Account enables you to:
- Set up automatic payments by credit card or checking account
- Track and compare usage
- Outage text or email notification
- View and pay your bills
- Sign up for an energy challenge
- Access your account on the web, tablet and mobile devices
Getting Started with My Account
Watch this short video to get started.
All you need is your member number, account number and an email address for registration.
Online Member Portal
- Click on the “My Account” button in the top right hand corner.
- On the next page, click on “Create an account” and enter your member and account number, including the leading zeros, to register.
Chugach Mobile App
- Go to the App Store on your device (Apple Store, Google Play Store, etc.)
- Search for “Chugach”
- Download and install the free My Account mobile app on your device
- Once installed, open the app and enter your member and account number, including the leading zeros to register.
