"Outlet" Newsletters

One of Chugach’s top priorities is ongoing communication with our members. Part of that effort includes the monthly newsletter called the “Outlet.” For members enrolled in paperless billing, the Outlet is a link in your electronic bill notification. Members receiving bills in the mail receive the Outlet with your monthly bill. The newsletter includes information about projects, rates, new programs for members, and other news we hope will make your membership with Chugach more meaningful.
