Dave Smith has been named Senior Vice President, Administration, for Chugach Electric Association. He will oversee the member services, information services and administrative services activities. In addition, Smith is responsible for the safety and commercial & community relations functions. Smith is also charged with implementing Chugach's Energy Conservation and Efficiency program for its members.

Smith most recently has served as the Vice President, Administration. He started working at Chugach in June 1994.

Chugach is the largest electric utility in Alaska, providing power for Alaskans throughout the Railbelt through retail, wholesale and economy energy sales.
