Kimberly Gialopsos started working at Chugach Jan. 19 as the Human Resources specialist in labor relations and training. Gialopsos was a Human Resources specialist at the State of Alaska, where she provided management consulting to public protection agencies. She has a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in management and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Chugach is the largest electric utility in Alaska, providing power for Alaskans throughout the Railbelt through retail, wholesale and economy energy sales.
