Chugach Electric Association fills position

Felix Melendez started working at Chugach March 17 as the manager of Regulatory Affairs. Melendez was a utility financial analyst at the State of Alaska where he worked for eight years. His position was to advise the Regulatory Commission of Alaska on utility rate matters. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Chugach is the largest electric utility in Alaska, providing power for Alaskans throughout the Railbelt through retail, wholesale and economy energy sales.
