Six members run for Chugach board

Six Chugach Electric Association members are running for four seats on the cooperative's board of directors in this spring's election.

The candidates are Harry T. Crawford, Jr., James R. Henderson, Uwe Kalenka, Steve Pratt, Janet Reiser and Doug Robbins. Reiser and Robbins are incumbents. There are also two bylaw proposals for members to vote on this year. One bylaw proposal provides for minor changes to conform the bylaws to the actual practices of the Association. The second bylaw proposal would clarify the deadline for electronic voting.
